WHAT ARE YOUR EXCHANGE POLICIES?
You can exchange any purchased item within 30 days if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations. Feel free to contact us at customercare@elovelis.com and let us know what isn’t working for you. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours, including personalized advice.
We aim to provide optimal assistance and will send you the exchanged items in a different size immediately after contact, without waiting for your return.
Once you receive your exchanged items, we’ll provide a return label so you can send the original items back to us.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER PLACE IT?
Yes you can cancel or change your order within 2 hours after you placed your order. Please contact us immediately after your purchase via email.

DETAILED RETURN POLICY
We have a 30 day return policy.
If your products are in their original packaging (unopened) and all labels and protective seals/stickers are intact, you have the right to return them within 30 days of receipt.
HOW MUCH DOES IS COSTS A RETURN?
You can create your label via this link "RETURN START". We charge a fee of 10€ for the return label you have already paid for, which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
WHEN I GET THE REFUND OF MY ORDER?
You may return your order for a refund within 7 Working days of receiving your order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Send uns photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
