The prices listed on the product pages include VAT and all other price components in the EU. tax and duty included up to €150,00 extra charges may apply. For orders to Switzerland, taxes and duties are not included and may be charged upon delivery. We deliver to all EU countries, Switzerland/CH and all other countries worldwide. You can exchange any purchased item within 14 days if it doesn’t fit or meet your expectations. Feel free to contact us at customercare@elovelis.com and let us know what isn’t working for you. You’ll receive a response within 24 hours, including personalized advice. We aim to provide optimal assistance and will send you the exchanged items in a different size immediately after contact, without waiting for your return. Once you receive your exchanged items, we’ll provide a return label so you can send the original items back to us.

PREPAID RETURN LABEL

We offer a prepaid returns label service. When you create a return label using the methods above, the label is prepaid and we deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.

PLEASE KNOW OUR RULES

The products must be in their original packaging and unopened. Don’t wash the products or remove the hygienic sticker and tags.

DETAILED RETURN POLICY
Return & Refund Policy We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your order.

Please note the following important guidelines: To be eligible for a refund, you must register your return within 14 days of receiving your order through our return center.
After registering, you have another 14 business days to send the package back to us. The return must arrive within these 14 business days.


Important: Products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and all labels, protective seals, and stickers must be fully intact. Only returns that meet these conditions can be processed.


Refund Process: If your return is registered within the 30-day return policy period and arrives on time, the refund will be issued back to your original payment method after your return has been received and checked.


If your return is registered too late (after the 30 days) or arrives after the allowed timeframe, we will issue a digital store credit voucher in the amount of the returned items instead. In summary: Within 14 days of receipt: Register your return in our return center. Within 14 business days after registration: Send the package back to us. Refund to original payment method: If both steps are completed within our 30-day return policy.


Digital voucher: If your return is registered too late or arrives after the allowed timeframe. Returns that do not meet these conditions unfortunately cannot be refunded.
